Tryout Registration

To register for tryouts, please print and fill out the form below, and bring it to your tryout.

There will be a $20 tryout fee - please bring this to the tryout along with the printed and completed tryout form.

2024 Tryout dates can be found below:

September 3rd & September 5th:

6:15pm - 8:15pm - 10U

8:15pm - 10:15pm - 13U

September 4th & September 6th:

6:15pm - 8:15pm - 11U

8:15pm - 10:15pm - 12U
