Thanks for your interest in 11U Etobicoke Rangers Baseball. Please complete the below registration form prior to the tryout. There is a $20 tryout fee that will be collected at the diamond.
By clicking the below consent button, you consent to the information in this form being used by Etobicoke Rangers / Etobicoke Baseball Association ("EBA") to evaluate your child for play in the Etobicoke Rangers programs. Information shall be destroyed / deleted within 2 years. You also release the Etobicoke Rangers / EBA and all volunteers from all risk of injury to the Player in respect of this and all subsequent tryout(s). You have legal authority to provide this acknowledgment, consent and release.
Please ensure that at least one Parent or Guardian remains at the tryout field at all time for any urgent medical decisions.
